I've been doing AI work on the side for a while — clients, side projects, the occasional thing for fun. At some point it stopped feeling like a side thing. So I made it official.

Harptech AI is a small studio for shipping AI software. Apps of my own when I see something worth building. Custom work for teams that need a specific tool delivered. Consultation when someone needs an outside perspective on what's worth building at all.

Most teams I see are overthinking architecture for features that'll be deprecated in six months. Speed wins right now. I'd rather get something working into someone's hands and learn from real usage than spend three months on a system that's never going to ship.
