This is the privacy policy for harptechai.com. It's short on purpose.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you give us:

• Your name (contact form only)
• Your email address
• Your message or project description (contact form only)
• The type of inquiry (contact form only)

When you visit the site, our web server records standard request information:

• IP address
• User-agent (browser and operating system)
• The page you requested
• The time of the request

We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies.

How we use it

Form submissions are sent to our private workflow tool (self-hosted, not shared with third parties) and to our inbox. We use them to respond to you.

Server logs are used to monitor for abuse and to debug problems. They are not used for marketing or shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions: until you ask us to delete them, or until two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
• Server logs: 30 days.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't share form submissions with third parties. We don't have advertising partners.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
